As the first ten days of Dhul-Hijja dawn upon us please find below a litany specified for this virtous period as compiled and recited by the inheritors of Prophetic knowledge. It is to be recited ten times every day.

Two questions:
1) Just out of curiosity, does this litany come from one of the Habaib?
2) I’m a little confused about the instructions: Do you read the first part ten times every day for each of the ten days, or just once every day? Do you not read the second part and the salawats until after the ten days?

1) Yes, this litany does come from the ulama of Hadramawt as per the inheritance of the Prophet, upon him be peace.
2) You read both parts for the first ten days, both ten times each.
